For service providers
The solution focuses on linking collections to a bill or customer reference, clarifying transaction and settlement results, and reducing inquiries caused by missing information.
Supported providers and services
The provider list will be announced after integrations are completed and operations approved. Bill and service coverage, verification and update methods are determined for each provider.
Payment result and bill status
Payment processing and the provider's bill update may happen at different stages. Each stage should therefore be clearly displayed, with a follow-up process when the results do not match.
